- Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative systems, strategies, and programs aimed at optimizing donor and volunteer engagement to advance PATH's mission.
- Develop and execute a corporate engagement program designed to attract and engage corporate volunteers and philanthropic partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that align with PATH's mission and values.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects, guiding them through the entire donor cycle, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, based on personalized strategies.
- Elevate the quality and impact of volunteer activities, ranging from individual shifts to corporate group initiatives, aligning them with PATH's mission. This includes programs such as PATH Cooks, food rescue, Welcome Home Program, and donation sorting.
- Develop and deploy systems and initiatives that enhance the volunteer experience, ensuring it is meaningful and serves PATH's mission.
- Serve as an ambassador of PATH's mission to corporate, faith-based, and community organizations throughout the region, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
- Implement strategic community outreach efforts to educate stakeholders, mobilize volunteers, and forge impactful partnerships, including organizing facility tours and delivering presentations to volunteers and VIPs.
- Develop and maintain an annual workplan, and provide quarterly reports on the progress and outcomes of Philanthropy and Community Affairs programs and projects.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of volunteer activities, in-kind programs, and all facets of Community Affairs in Los Angeles to inform continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to foster the continuous growth and expansion of PATH's network of key partners, stakeholders, and supporters.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the Community Affairs Manager and Community Affairs Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and high-impact team environment.
