If you possess in-depth knowledge of tax laws, superb analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, we want you to be a key player in our growing firm! Responsibilities Oversee and manage the tax compliance process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all relevant regulations. Provide expert guidance on tax planning, strategy, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients. Conduct thorough research on changing tax laws and regulations to keep the firm and clients informed of potential impacts. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery. Requirements CPA designation is required. Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Active CPA license. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax management. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits Signing Bonus or Relocation Bonus available for the right candidate!
