This role oversees the logistics of installations while providing exceptional service and continuous client communication throughout the process. IE seeks individuals with a service mindset and a problem-solving approach to join the operations team. The focus is on both installation quality and market development/ design phases of work. Collaborate with design teams and install partners to deliver high-quality results. Maintain exceptional client service and continuous communication throughout the installation process. Travel as needed, with some overnight travel required. Qualifications Project management and transportation logistics experience preferred but not required. Furniture knowledge and construction knowledge are advantageous. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
