Benefits You Can Rely On:

• Compensation: Annual earnings range from $78,000 to $95,000.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience.
• Pay Structure: Compensation based on hourly rates, miles driven, stops made, and cases delivered.
• Home Time: Daily home return; route schedules may vary. CDL-A drivers should be prepared for overnight loads.

Your Responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries.
• Operate the tractor-trailer to reach destinations, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain a driver log (manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet the organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for effective and safe job performance, including understanding work instructions and safety protocols.
