What You'll Do Process payroll accurately and on time for approximately 400 employees Manage payroll from start to finish, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain payroll records and employee data with a high level of accuracy Process employee changes, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholdings Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies Partner with Human Resources and Finance to ensure accurate employee and payroll information Respond to payroll-related questions from employees in a timely and professional manner Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year‑end activities What We're Looking For 3–5 years of hands‑on payroll experience Experience processing payroll for a mid‑sized organization (approximately 300–600 employees) Experience managing payroll from start to finish Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, and payroll compliance Experience with payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Dayforce, Paycom, or similar Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi‑state payroll Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Why Apply?
