Job Description
- Prepare and file immigration-related petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
- Conduct research on immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.
- Assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation for hearings or interviews.
- Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Immigration Paralegal should have:
- A strong understanding of immigration laws, processes, and documentation requirements.
- MUST come from a law firm
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management tools.
- A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
