Our continued growth is built on a foundation of quality products, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence.As Director of Manufacturing, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and implementing world-class manufacturing practices that support our growth while maintaining our commitment to quality, cost efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.What You'll DoAs the leader of our manufacturing operations, you will:Direct overall plant performance, including productivity, quality, output, and efficiencyDrive a culture of safety and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurring issuesDevelop, implement, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)Measure operational performance against strategic goals and financial targetsLead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and other best practicesCoach, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, process technicians, and hourly employeesFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and customer focusPlan staffing and resources to align with production forecasts and inventory requirementsCoordinate production schedules in partnership with Planning and Supply Chain teamsManage operating expenses and develop business cases for capital investmentsLead implementation of new manufacturing equipment, process improvements, and operational integration projectsUtilize JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP to effectively manage manufacturing operationsCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functional leadersWhat We're Looking ForMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent operational leadership experienceMinimum of 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience with direct responsibility for production operationsDemonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologiesStrong experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in electrical component assembly and packagingExperience utilizing JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP systemsBilingual English/Spanish capabilitiesProfessional CompetenciesExcellent communication, coaching, and organizational leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective project management and prioritization abilitiesProven success in leading change and driving results through teamsAbility to develop and mentor employees at all organizational levelsExcellent collaboration, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsTravel RequirementsOccasional travel to customer locations, suppliers, tooling vendors, industry events, and trade showsMust be eligible for domestic and international travel as neededLocation RequirementCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Palm Coast, Florida, area.Why RectorSeal?At RectorSeal, you'll join a growing organization that values innovation, operational excellence, and customer commitment.
