Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans that target their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, applying various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of mental health professionals to ensure the delivery of integrated care, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or a doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
