Full-time and part-time roles are open, ranging from 18.75 to 37.5 hours per week, across five daysperfect for professionals seeking flexibility and impactful work. Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a School Social Worker Experience working in school settings, preferably supporting elementary-aged students Expertise supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Significant Support Needs (SSN), or general elementary populations Strong skills in crisis intervention, counseling, and case management Exceptional communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, teachers, and administrators Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to help students develop social, behavioral, and emotional skills Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized support plans Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community organizations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of behavioral and academic interventions Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to students experiencing challenges Promote a positive school culture and advocate for student well-being Benefits: Opportunities for contract positions that provide flexibility in scheduling Engage in meaningful work with supportive colleagues and administration Gain valuable experience working with specialized student populations within elementary schools Professional growth opportunities through collaboration and diverse case experiences Compensation for this position ranges from $28.48 to $58.48.
