Project Manager This role supports a manufacturing organization that designs and delivers complex, engineered industrial equipment used in high‑performance applications. The Project Manager oversees projects from contract award through final customer acceptance, coordinating engineering, fabrication, assembly, testing, shipment, installation, and commissioning activities. Responsibilities Oversee full project execution from kickoff through shipment, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance. Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and the customer, ensuring expectations and deliverables remain aligned. Build, maintain, and communicate project schedules covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing, logistics, installation, and acceptance milestones. Lead internal cross‑functional meetings, track open actions, and drive timely closure with Engineering, Production, Operations, and Field Service teams. Coordinate customer‑side responsibilities including site readiness, installation sequencing, contractor interfaces, and utilities. Monitor project scope and proactively identify gaps, clarifications, or interface concerns to prevent schedule, cost, or deliverable impacts. Identify project risks and constraints and develop mitigation strategies. Support change‑control processes by evaluating impacts and coordinating internal and external alignment. Participate in factory testing and on‑site acceptance activities, ensuring documentation and test results meet customer expectations. Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure all requirements and deliverables follow established processes. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or supporting complex industrial or engineered‑to‑order projects. Experience coordinating work across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and field service. Ability to interpret technical requirements, review engineering drawings, and collaborate with technical teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience using project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software. Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Physical Requirements Ability to communicate verbally and interact with tools, equipment, and materials during project walkthroughs or field activities. Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders, and move through industrial environments as needed.
