Insurance Defense Attorney Opportunity- Troy, MI
Our client, a respected litigation firm in Troy, Michigan , is growing and looking for an Associate Attorney or Senior Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers exposure to insurance defense , general civil litigation , and commercial litigation, with work that goes far beyond routine auto‑neg cases.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience
- Licensed in Michigan
- Backgrounds in insurance defense, civil litigation, or commercial litigation
- Open to plaintiff PI attorneys interested in transitioning to defense‑side work
Compensation
- Roughly $100K–$120K for 1–4 years of experience
- Up to $140K for 5+ years
- Billables: 2,000 hours annually

- Profit‑Sharing Plan (≈5% employer contribution; vested at 1 year, fully vested at 5)
- Health insurance (majority of premium covered)

- PTO starting at 10 days, increasing with tenure
