Human Resources Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department and help deliver an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Payroll Support Assist with the preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll. Maintain accurate employee records, time-off balances, and personnel files. Perform timecard audits and resolve payroll discrepancies. Calculate commissions, bonuses, and other incentive compensation. Process payroll changes including deductions, direct deposits, and other employee updates. Coordinate job postings, interviews, background checks, and pre-employment requirements. Send and track offer letters and onboarding paperwork. Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Coordinate employee technology setup and account creation. Employee Support Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions. Assist with benefit enrollments, leave requests, employment verifications, and HR documentation. Maintain confidential employee records and HR systems. Manage office supply, breakroom, and onboarding inventory. Support employee recognition, office events, and engagement initiatives. Performance & Compliance Coordinate performance review schedules and documentation. Assist with disciplinary documentation, coaching records, and performance improvement plans. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with HR reporting, audits, record retention, handbook updates, and policy administration. Provide basic employee technology support and assist with systems administration. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of Human Resources, administrative, payroll, or recruiting experience preferred. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
