About the team: The People Partner team collaborates closely with Energy leadership to align talent and organizational strategies with business growth. This team focuses on workforce planning, leadership development, and capability building to support evolving business needs. They drive change management initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness by coaching leaders and fostering strong engagement. Acting as strategic advisors, team members connect business goals with talent solutions, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
