Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN) – Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and treat resident wounds in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Perform wound care treatments and dressing changes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal healing
• Educate nursing staff on wound prevention and best practices
• Monitor infection control practices and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN or LPN license
• Wound care experience required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
