The Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business users and technical teams by evaluating business processes, identifying system requirements, and designing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business users and technical teams by evaluating business processes, identifying system requirements, and designing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business applications and system processes.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Evaluate proposed system enhancements and recommend improvements.
- Develop functional specifications, workflows, process maps, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and users during system development and implementation.
- Support software releases, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Perform application design, coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities when required.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- May supervise programmers and programmer/analysts and provide project leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
