Quality Inspector
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in West Jefferson, OH. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products and components to ensure they meet company standards, customer specifications, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Position: Quality Inspector
$17/hr 1st Shift 6:30am - 3pm
$18/hr 2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Verify products meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality-control processes.
- Assist with investigating recurring quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use basic measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow established quality procedures.
- One year of quality inspector experience
