This role plays a critical part in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates for our client base. If you enjoy fast-paced work, building relationships, and helping people find meaningful employment—this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social mediaScreen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualificationsMatch candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goalsCommunicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidatesMaintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATSAssist with onboarding tasks and ensure a positive candidate experienceCollaborate with the sales team to fill open job orders quickly and effectivelyMeet weekly placement goals and earn commission based on performanceRequirements:1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred (will consider motivated entry-level candidates)Strong communication and organizational skillsA team player who can also work independentlyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple open positionsFamiliarity with ATS software and sourcing tools is a plusHigh level of professionalism, persistence, and energyWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissionClear career growth opportunitiesTraining and mentorship from industry veteransPositive, collaborative work environmentOpportunity to make a real impact by connecting people with careers
