Lube TechnicianScott Robinson Honda Service Center is seeking an experienced Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of automotive repairs across various makes and models, a neat appearance, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are required.ResponsibilitiesPerform requested repair work in a productive and efficient mannerPerform oil changes and quick lubes efficientlyPerform tire changeovers and wheel balancingHandle light duty repair work such as wipers, air & cabin filters, and battery testingRepair vehicles under warranty according to manufacturer specificationsProvide service advisors with estimates for any additional repairs neededRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience as an oil change technicianValid driver's licenseAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and informationKnowledge of automotive repair and maintenance basicsFast learner with excellent oral and written communication skillsCustomer-centric service skillsEnsures customer vehicles are kept clean and treated with respectHelpful team playerMaintains a neat, clean, and orderly workstationGeneral knowledge of automobiles, good communication, basic computer skills, and strong math and reading abilitiesAbility to learn new technologies and service techniquesMust be able to submit a background & drug screeningBenefitsCompetitive pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, paid semi-monthlyHealth insuranceVision and dental insuranceTerm life insurance401(k) planVacation payEmployee vehicle purchase program and discounts on parts and serviceAbout the CompanyScott Robinson Honda Service Center is committed to providing top-quality automotive service in Torrance, CA.
