Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Watcher in Tampa, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. In this dynamic condominium setting, you will support tenants, visitors, and property staff through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – Fri 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card/license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
