Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Utility Integration Business Applications team. You will plan and complete integration activities for business systems. It involves migrating new utilities from their current systems. This process requires working with the utilities and other program process teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements. Additionally, it involves collaborating with the technical team to develop functional designs that meet our requirements. This also involves assisting in test planning and documenting test scripts. Additionally, it includes the execution of testing and supporting user training and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the utilities and business applications teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop functional designs that meet business requirements.
• Help ensure the businesses voice is well represented during all phases of the integration project, business impacts are well understood, and SME voices are represented during decision making.
• Partner with functional and technical teams to develop test plans, write detailed test cases and complete test scripts for both System and User Acceptance Testing, ensuring understanding of requirements.
• Guide communication between business partners, functional and technical teams, stepping in where needed to clarify, communicate, and provide support.
• Help create training materials that reflect any new functionalities of systems delivered.
• Help with the coordination of business readiness planning and Impact analysis.
• Provide ongoing support during the cut-over, go-live and hypercare phases to address any issues and ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications:

• Related university degree and three‐plus years' experience in business or systems analysis OR seven‐plus years of previous field/operations experience. We may consider an equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
• Demonstrated awareness of and experience with developing interpersonal relationships and building stakeholder engagement.
• CBAP Certification or other formally recognized education in the field of business Oracle Account or Financial experience

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40.00 - $50.00
