Job Description
Registered Nurse – Operating Room responsible for providing perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical specialties in a high-acuity OR setting. The RN will support orthopedic, neuro, vascular, thoracic, GYN, urology, bariatric, ENT, trauma, plastics, and general surgery procedures while ensuring patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols.

The role requires extensive OR experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment. Candidates must be comfortable with diverse case types and demonstrate competency in phlebotomy and IV placement.

Mandatory Skills / Experience
• Minimum 3 years of OR RN experience required
• Travel experience REQUIRED
• General OR experience required
• Orthopedic total joint and trauma experience required
• Neuro surgery experience required
• GYN/Urology experience required
• Vascular surgery experience required
• Thoracic surgery experience required
• Mandatory competency in phlebotomy required
• IV placement competency required
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required
• Strong infection control and specimen handling skills
• Radiation and laser safety knowledge required
• Universal Protocol/Time-Out procedure experience required
• Administration of blood and blood products required
