Job Description Job Description The Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the CCO perform his/her duties. Assist ensuring Girosol is in compliance with the Regulations established by the Federal and State Regulatory agencies. Job Responsibilities: States Reporting Corporate Annual Reports State Licensing Unclaimed Property reports Annual Due Diligence for Banks Payer’s Due Diligence Annual background check for employees Training for employees SAR & CTR filing Audit Preparation New agent application approval Quarterly OFAC testing Quarterly clean desk testing Report Agents List to FINCEN Report 314B to FINCEN FINCEN Registration renewal Any other tasks assigned by management. Job Requirements: Bilingual – English-Spanish Ability to give presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
