We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time in Jackson, MI. Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license (Michigan).
Current CPR and BLS certification.
Proven ability to provide high-quality dental hygiene care with professionalism and compassion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

Provide thorough dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to maintain optimal oral health.
Utilize periodontal protocols designed to maximize patient health and hygienist satisfaction.
Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with practice standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear explanations about oral health and treatment options.
Support a positive and team-oriented practice culture.
