Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Assist in daily operations, lead and train a motivated team, and ensure excellent service. Customer Service: Deliver prompt, friendly service and resolve customer complaints effectively. Operational Excellence: Monitor inventory, ensure compliance with health regulations, and maintain cleanliness. Financial Performance: Help manage food costs, labor costs, and participate in sales forecasting. Marketing and Promotion: Support initiatives to increase sales and engage with the community. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role in food service or retail. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Attributes: Passion for the brand, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high integrity and sense of urgency. Cash Handling: Experience required.
