Department: Marketing/Business Development/Admissions ADMISSIONS MANAGER Cherry Hills Recovery | Boulder Hills Recovery Location: Cherry Hills Village, CO Type: Full-Time, W-2 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm (after-hours/weekends as needed) Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience) ABOUT THE ROLE Ignitus Recovery is a growing behavioral health organization providing residential and outpatient treatment through Cherry Hills Recovery and Boulder Hills Recovery. The Admissions Manager oversees the admissions department, ensuring a compassionate, clinically appropriate, and compliant experience while leading staff and partnering with clinical, billing, and outreach teams to support timely admissions and program growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support admissions staff; oversee performance and coverage Manage complex and high-acuity cases and support level-of-care determinations with clinical leadership Oversee insurance verification, authorizations, and financial coordination Maintain accurate admissions data, dashboards, and census tracking in CRM/EMR systems Ensure compliance with confidentiality, regulatory, and accreditation standards QUALIFICATIONS Required: High school diploma or GED 2–3 years of admissions leadership or supervisory experience Behavioral health, substance use, or mental health treatment experience Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes Proficiency with CRM systems, EMRs, and office software Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks Ignitus Recovery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
