About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Compensation and Hiring Operations and Analytics. This high-impact, transformational leader will be accountable for the enterprise strategy, design, governance, and continuous optimization of global compensation programs, hiring operations, and compensation systems. The successful candidate will serve as a compensation advisor to the Total Rewards leader, influence and drive decisions at an executive level, and lead the work presented to the Compensation Committee of the Board. Responsibilities also include driving innovation in compensation design, ensuring competitive and equitable offer delivery, and leading the global compensation analytics function to provide data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR/compensation experience, with a focus on executive compensation and governance, and a proven track record in leading organizational transformations. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and the ability to connect compensation strategy to business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems and technology leadership, including driving automation and AI-enabled solutions, and a deep understanding of global compensation and compliance, particularly in managing international scope and regulatory responsibilities. The role also demands a leader with a strong background in hiring operations, who can ensure the delivery of competitive, compliant, and efficient compensation at the point of hire, and who is adept at fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
