Pay: $60,000 - $125,000

No Flat Rate or Commission

We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our reputation for quality automotive care. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanics with 3+ years experience and a passion for automotive technology to thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow your skills while being paid a salary instead of commission. While being paid a salary, you will know how much your check will be each month and no longer have to be worried about the slow times. Duties and Responsibilities

• Check vehicles to ensure compliance with state inspection requirements
• Perform routine automotive maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle malfunctions
• Work with manufacturers to order inventory
• Coordinate with insurance companies to complete sponsored repairs
• Inform customers about promotional products and services
• Test vehicle parts prior to installation/repair
• Keep accurate records of completed and outstanding jobs
• Consistently meet deadlines for completed work

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Vocational or postsecondary program completion preferred
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a related role
• Extensive experience with various hand tools preferred
