Are you organized, dependable, and good with details? We’re looking for a Temporary File Clerk to join our team for a 4–6 month project.

You’ll play an important role in helping us transition our records from an alphanumeric filing system to a numeric medical records system , while keeping information accurate, organized, and secure.

• Help convert and reorganize files from an alphanumeric system to a numeric medical records filing system .
• File, scan, organize, and retrieve member records and documents.
• Enter and update information accurately.
• Process incoming and returned mail.
• Prepare files for storage or shredding.
• Help with general office and clerical tasks.
• Support other teams and projects as needed.
• Ability to work within the contiguous United States (known as the 48 U.S. states that share a border and the District of Columbia. It excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories, such as Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-focused environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office and data-entry skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to pitch in where needed.

Our Massachusetts based starting hourly rate for this role ranges from $17.00-$21.00 per hour.
