Community Relations Representative ($23.75 - $28.70) Property: TORREY VILLAS (2078) Location: San Diego, CA, 92130 Division: Apartments - On-Site (Apt OnSite) Position Summary The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on‑site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move‑in and move‑out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns. Responsibilities Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards. Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform. Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies. Additional Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Google Suite Preferred Education High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience Preferred Years of Experience 1–3 years Additional Requirements Travel between communities may be required daily. Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
