Community Relations Representative

Position Summary: The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer's needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
• Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite

Preferred Education: High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years

Additional Requirements: Travel between communities may be required daily. Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.

Compensation: Pay Range: $21.35 - $25.43 Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
