Now Hiring: Call Center Representative
Location: Shakopee, MN
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and more
Accurately enter orders from phone, email, fax, EDI, and website
Respond confidently and professionally to customer inquiries
Manage the website "chat" feature and resolve issues in real-time
Investigate and resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude
Set up and maintain customer accounts in the ERP system
Update customer data as needed and document all interactions
Follow internal processes-and help improve them when possible
Stay calm, focused, and organized in high-volume situations
Assist with customer service projects and support the broader team

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Comfort with multitasking and working under pressure
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused
