Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and more
- Accurately enter orders from phone, email, fax, EDI, and website
- Respond confidently and professionally to customer inquiries
- Manage the website "chat" feature and resolve issues in real-time
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in the ERP system
- Update customer data as needed and document all interactions
- Follow internal processes-and help improve them when possible
- Stay calm, focused, and organized in high-volume situations
- Assist with customer service projects and support the broader team
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfort with multitasking and working under pressure
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused
