Helmed by an award-winning visionary, this will be one of the most innovative and significant restaurants to come for years. We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine to create and deliver an elegant culinary experience that effortlessly intertwines comfort with luxury, whilst focusing on simplicity and authenticity. The Chef de Cuisine will: Oversee the full spectrum of culinary operations, including food cost management, recipe development, ordering, and inventory; Work closely with Executive Chef and owner to create compelling menus that integrate personal storytelling; Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented and high-performing culinary team. We’re seeking: Extensive experience in classical and modern French cuisine; A proven track record of organising and operating a successful kitchen and team; An innate drive for excellence, and an ability to inspire others; Outstanding communication skills; A passion and understanding for creating extraordinary, genuine experiences.
