Job Details Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop an international product management team, fostering innovation and accountability. Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs. Advocate for customer needs, balancing priorities to maximize market impact and business value. Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and best practices into product development. Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction. Oversee go-to-market strategies, equipping the sales team with compelling messaging and positioning. Partner with engineering and architecture teams to guide technical design and optimize product delivery. Enhance agile product development processes, ensuring alignment with customer success and business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in healthcare SaaS, preferably at a high-growth organization. Experience leading and managing high-performing product teams. Knowledgeable with cloud and data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, & AWS. Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, preferably industry experience at a healthcare payer organization. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives. Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Hands-on, collaborative approach, willing to work closely with cross-functional teams.
