Orient new clients to the agency's treatment philosophy.Provide crisis interventions, as needed.Provide assessments, as needed. Perform clinical record keeping.Provide client and family education.All other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is requiredMinimum CDCA/LCDC is required, LPC or LSW or above licensure is preferred.Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is preferredPrevious experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desiredPrevious experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desiredMust be willing to work with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group counselingMust be fluent in written and spoken EnglishFull-Time Benefits:Generous time off, including Mental Health days10 paid holidays annuallyRetirement plan with company contributionMedical, Dental, and Vision plans CEU/Licensure reimbursements and Additional Workshops/Trainings:Up to 16 hours of paid work release annually for workshops, with $200 in funds for CEUs (24 hours and $250 for employees maintaining two licenses).Licensure fee coverage up to $320 annually for one license.Access to free CEU credits Flexible work schedulingWorkshops/Trainings: EMDR, DBT, CDCA, & More!CommQuest Services, Inc. is in partnership with Great Minds Fellowship!Salary listed is base pay.
