Machine Operator

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Portage, IN manufacturing facility as full-time Machine Operators. This role offers consistent long-term work, reliable weekly compensation, and stable scheduling for those who are committed to their craft. Compensation and Schedule Earn between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour with weekly pay cycles. Openings are currently available for both 2nd and 3rd shift operations. Core Responsibilities Oversee the daily function and monitoring of production and packaging equipment. Execute machine setups, handle changeovers, and resolve minor technical issues. Ensure all production logs and daily administrative paperwork are accurately completed. Conduct regular equipment sanitization and safety inspections to keep the floor running smoothly. Uphold rigorous quality and safety protocols to help ensure a productive environment for the entire team. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is preferred, with food production backgrounds being a distinct advantage. Demonstrated mechanical inclination and the ability to diagnose equipment problems. Capacity to function effectively both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member. A consistent, detail-oriented approach that prioritizes a safe working environment for all staff. Consistent weekly paychecks. Secure, full-time employment opportunities.
