We're hiring a Service Advisor to join our busy, growing service team. If you enjoy helping customers and want to work in a shop with steady traffic, great technicians, and plenty of opportunity to earn, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Help customers with vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Write repair orders and explain recommended services
- Keep customers updated while their vehicle is being repaired
- Work with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Make sure every customer has a great experience
What We're Looking For
- Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we'll consider people with strong customer service experience.
- Good communication skills
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Valid driver's license
