Warehouse Associate (Picking & Packing) – Yoga Apparel Location: Alliance Area – Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday | 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support distribution operations for a leading premium yoga apparel brand. This role focuses on order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment . Associates play a critical role in ensuring customers receive high-quality products accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Picking & Order Fulfillment Accurately pick yoga apparel and accessories using RF scanners or pick lists Locate inventory efficiently within assigned warehouse zones Meet productivity and accuracy standards Packing & Shipping Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit Verify order contents for accuracy before sealing shipments Label and stage completed packages for outbound shipping Inventory & Quality Control Perform basic quality checks on merchandise Report damaged or missing items to leadership Assist with cycle counts or inventory audits as needed General Warehouse Duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support additional warehouse functions as assigned Work Environment Non-climate-controlled facility (exposure to heat in summer and cold in winter) Fast-paced production environment with daily performance goals Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours per shift Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required) Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality required Basic technology skills (RF scanner experience is a plus) Schedule Details Shift: Sunday – Wednesday Hours: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a well-known premium apparel brand Consistent full-time schedule with 3 days off weekly Team-oriented environment with growth potential Hands-on role in a high-energy distribution setting Additional Notes Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and able to meet physical job requirements.
