Lia Honda Albany is seeking an experienced Service Advisor(s) to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $55K-$100K based on production and knowledge

SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $1,500 based on experience, training and certifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent customer service skills

• Basic Computer skills

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have a clean and valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience

• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
