SAP FI Consultant

Understand the Finance business processes and system configuration.Understand end user support and escalation processes.Support Users on SAP Finance Disseminate existing training content or create new content wherever necessary in above areas.Document and Communicate enhancement requests and bugs in above areas.Update support tickets and report open tickets on daily basis.Qualification and Experience6+ years of SAP experience in Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost center, Internal Orders, Banking, Invoicing, Journal uploads and Financial reporting, Payment run(Cheques / Bank Interface), Integration Knowledge with SAP MM, SD.SAP GL, AP, AR, AA , Cost center, Internal Orders, Vendor Invoice Management, Payment (Cheques / Bank Interface etc..)Minimum three years of experience in supporting a live SAP system.Minimum one-year experience in training content creation.Minimum two years exposure to health care and life sciences industry.Solid communication skills (in English) to support business users.Understand the Finance business processes and system configuration.Understand end user support and escalation processes.
