Commercial Construction Manager

As Director of Construction at City Wide Facility Solutions, you'll find, sell, and run the larger commercial projects we currently pass on, backed by a brand that already owns the client relationships.

Picture the grind that disappears. Your pipeline starts warm: hundreds of commercial buildings already trust City Wide for facility maintenance, and they need tenant improvements, remodels, and larger repairs we are not yet licensed to deliver. You change that. You carry our Nevada Class B license as the active Qualifying Party, then you go win the work, price it right, and manage it through to a clean closeout. We handle the accounting, HR, insurance, and bonding, so you spend your time on job walks, proposals, and subcontractors, not paperwork.

This is a salaried leadership seat for a licensed builder who would rather sell and run real projects than chase cold leads or carry a back office. You move fast, you lead the room, and you take pride in standing behind the work.

What winning looks like here:

• Carry our NSCB Class B license as the active Qualifying Party.
• Find and sell larger projects inside our existing client base.
• Estimate, bid, and win commercial work profitably.
• Manage projects through to on-time, on-budget closeout.
• Build and direct a trusted subcontractor network.

Requirements

What You Need:

• Four-plus years' Class B (General Building) experience within the last fifteen years.
• Hold a Nevada Class B license, or readiness to pass the NSCB exams.
• Hands-on commercial tenant improvement, remodel, and project management experience.
• Proven estimating, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Able to pass the NSCB background check and fingerprinting.

What Sets You Apart:

• Active Nevada Class B license, or one eligible for endorsement (California, Arizona, or NASCLA).
• A track record selling and winning commercial construction work.
• Established Las Vegas or Reno subcontractor relationships.
• OSHA 30 certification and commercial property management familiarity.

Benefits

Compensation:

• Base salary of $110,000 to $140,000, based on experience and license status.
• Uncapped commission on the projects you win.
• We pay all NSCB application, exam, bond, insurance, and continuing education costs.
