Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Overview TEAM Construction is a Las Vegas-based General Contractor specializing in commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects, with experience delivering complex work across the Las Vegas Strip and mega resort properties. Our portfolio includes large-scale tower and guest room renovations, high-end dining and restaurant build-outs, luxury retail spaces, and large-format gaming and entertainment venues. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout with a focus on scheduling discipline, client communication, and attention to detail required in resort and hospitality environments. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of commercial construction and tenant improvement projects, including budget, schedule, and subcontractor coordination Serve as primary point of contact for ownership/client representatives (resort operators, property management) Coordinate with superintendents to maintain project schedules, particularly around live-operation constraints common in resort and hospitality renovations Manage preconstruction and bid processes, including subcontractor solicitation and qualification through BuildingConnected Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Oversee site documentation workflows using DroneDeploy Ground for interior/tenant improvement projects Lead project meetings and produce regular progress reporting for clients and internal leadership Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and permitting requirements Support staffing and resource planning across concurrent projects Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (hospitality, resort, or tenant improvement experience strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with clients Familiarity with site documentation platforms (DroneDeploy) a plus Nevada contractor/construction industry experience preferred What TEAM Construction Offers Competitive salary commensurate with experience 100% Employee-Owned company — benefits offered through our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to work on high-profile Strip and resort renovation projects in the Las Vegas market Collaborative TEAM environment with room for growth #J-18808-Ljbffr TEAM Construction - Las Vegas
