Project Manager

Fore Property Co, a national multi-family developer and builder, is seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in multifamily and podium construction to oversee a new project from preconstruction through closeout for the Las Vegas, NV market.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, financially minded, and experienced in managing on-site teams and subcontractors while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all phases of construction, from preconstruction planning through project closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and safety regulations
• Track project progress, costs, and documentation using Procore
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues

Must have a strong background in the following:

• Project budgeting and cost control
• Estimating and contract review
• Scheduling and schedule management
• Contracting and subcontractor buyout
• Hiring and managing on-site project teams
• Managing and coordinating on-site subcontractors

Required experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in multifamily and podium construction required.
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Ability to lead projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations
• Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Procore experience required-must be able to use Procore as the primary project tracking and documentation tracking platform
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities
