Minimum Qualifications Several years of web design and development experience. Experience building websites using programming languages such as HTML, XML, CSS, and object‑oriented programming. Knowledge of server‑side languages such as PHP. Experience with Dreamweaver and Flash. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts. Teaching experience preferred but not required. Master’s degree preferred.
