Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating machines and general tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely during assigned shifts.
• Assist in the assembly and production tasks as needed.
• Interpret and follow blueprints for manufacturing processes.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for various production tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and general labor settings.
• Ability to operate machinery, including Brake Press.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with interpreting blueprints.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment where safety is a priority. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toed boots. Personal protective equipment, such as eye glasses and ear plugs, are provided by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Rochester,MN.
