Employee Benefits Account ManagerGreater Milwaukee, WI | HybridAre you an Employee Benefits professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and being someone clients can count on?We're partnering with a well-established insurance organization in the Greater Milwaukee area that is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their team.What You'll Do:Manage day-to-day relationships with Employee Benefits clients and provide exceptional service.Assist with renewals, plan changes, proposals, and client communications.Partner with carriers, clients, Producers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep accounts moving.Help clients navigate their benefits programs and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.What You Bring:3–5 years of Employee Benefits account management or similar client-facing experience.Employee Benefits experience required; agency or brokerage experience strongly preferred.Active Life & Health license, or ability to obtain within 90 days.Associate degree or equivalent work experience.Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Why You'll Like ItThis company genuinely gets workplace culture.
