Associate Director Business Development Real World Solutions Asia Pacific

Associate Director of Business Development role focused on identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the real world evidence solutions market across Asia Pacific. The position involves prospecting, account management, sales pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect and identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Network within the pharma industry to establish relationships and uncover business opportunities
Partner with account directors to develop and execute sales plans for targeted accounts
Track and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through CRM documentation
Lead sales processes and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in epidemiology, data science, health economics, or related healthcare field
5-7 years of real world evidence research or account management/business development experience
Pharma industry experience or background supporting pharmaceutical companies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Fluency in English and either Japanese or Chinese; comfortable presenting to large audiences
Strong analytical skills for assessing customer data and market trends
Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Compensation: $89,900-$250,400 base
