Office Assistant - Temporary

This is an in person position and will be on site at Pierce County's Central Maintenance Facility This position may last until 01/31/27. Your efforts will be critical to support those doing their best work for the County and its communities. We are looking for someone with intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite( Word, Excel: formulas and pivot tables, and Outlook). Core daily responsibilities: Perform receptionist and general office duties; respond to routine inquiries by telephone or person-to-person. Data Entry Assist with administrative projects. Additional education or related experience may substitute for the recruiting requirements. One year of general clerical work experience. A resume and cover letter are required for this position.
