ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Effectively deliver information to clients concerning polices, needs and services.
• Excellent problem-solving ability

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Property & Casualty License (P&C) required
• Life & Health License required within 90 days of hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales goals
