Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Trauma

Shift: 7a-7p, 12 Hour Shifts, every other weekend rotation.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Contract Weeks: 26

Requirements

• AHA BLS certification required at the time of submission.
• License: KS or Multistate license required; no hits allowed, no exceptions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required in a similar role.
• Charting System: Epic (test out option available).
• Education: ADN or BSN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a post-surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and procedures.

Additional requests, including RTO and preferred start dates, must be submitted at the time of application. Compliance due date is two Thursdays prior to the start date. Holiday request policy allows for one holiday off.
