Production Assembler

Why You'll Love This Job Company grew 300% this year huge opportunity for long-term growth Small team environment (you're not just a number) 1st shift only no nights 401K + paid vacation after just 6 months Leadership on-site daily + new facility plans in the future Overtime opportunities + travel stipend when applicable What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Use hand and power tools to finish and assemble products Read and follow work orders and basic blueprints Perform quality checks to ensure product standards Package and prepare materials for shipment Pull inventory and build crates for outgoing orders Complete basic shipping/receiving paperwork Assist with light fabrication (cutting, drilling, measuring) Support production with repetitive assembly tasks What We're Looking For Experience with hand and power tools History of doing general labor, assembly, or production Ability to work with machines and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and reliability Bonus Skills (Not Required): Carpentry or mechanical experience Blueprint reading Work Environment Smaller shop (under 25 employees) with a tight-knit team Hands-on, active role with multiple machines running Industrial setting with inventory, shelving, and production equipment 6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday's as needed.
